Hosting/logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, user agent for secure delivery and troubleshooting; IPs are stored only briefly and then deleted/anonymized. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless, pseudonymous hashing; session info discarded after 24h) for performance/usage insights. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Podcast updates: If you subscribe, we store your email to send updates via our provider (e.g., Resend, processor). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Unsubscribe anytime; we erase on opt-out unless statutory retention applies.
Other email forms (e.g., join/waitlist/lead magnets): same processing as podcast updates—email used to send the requested info; consent as legal basis; unsubscribe/delete on request unless legal retention applies.
